Certain products, limited drops, collaborations, founder pieces, and special releases may remain exclusive to Travelpolitans Go direct channels.

This allows our wholesale network to grow without making every Travelpolitans Go product available everywhere.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing varies by product, collection, quantity, and program.

As a general guide, approved retail partners may purchase merchandise at approximately 52–55% of MSRP.

This can provide an estimated retailer gross margin of approximately 45–48% at full MSRP.

An Authorized Retail Partner relationship does not guarantee access to every Travelpolitans Go product or collection.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Travelpolitans Go coordinates production and fulfillment of approved wholesale orders.

Shipping charges are separate from merchandise pricing unless otherwise stated in writing.

Delivery timing may vary based on product availability, quantity, production requirements, destination, and shipping method.

Estimated shipping or delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing by Travelpolitans Go.

Returns & Restocking

Wholesale returns are limited and require prior authorization from Travelpolitans Go.

Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the wholesale merchandise value.

Approved returned merchandise must be:

• Unworn

• Unaltered

• In original packaging

• In resalable condition

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Retail Partners are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from a Travelpolitans Go error.

No restocking fee applies to defective merchandise or incorrect merchandise shipped by Travelpolitans Go.

Final Sale Merchandise

The following merchandise is not eligible for return:

• Custom merchandise

• Destination-exclusive merchandise

• Limited-edition merchandise

• Made-to-order merchandise

Retail Partner Standards

Where Travelpolitans Go is sold matters.

Authorized Retail Partners are expected to present the brand in a way that protects its positioning, product value, and customer experience.

Retail Partners may not:

• Sell Travelpolitans Go through unauthorized third-party marketplaces

• Misrepresent Travelpolitans Go products

• Alter or remove product branding

• Use Travelpolitans Go trademarks or creative assets outside approved purposes

• Transfer wholesale purchasing privileges to another business

• Represent themselves as an owner, agent, franchisee, or legal representative of Travelpolitans Go

Travelpolitans Go may review or discontinue a retail relationship that no longer aligns with brand, market, or program standards.

Retail Account Status

Authorized Retail Partner status is granted to the approved business and location.

Approval does not create permanent territory rights, product exclusivity, franchise rights, distributorship rights, or ownership interest in Travelpolitans Go.

Additional locations, markets, or sales channels may require separate approval.

Final-sale categories are not returnable.

What happens if merchandise arrives defective or incorrect?
