Returns & Restocking

Travelpolitans Go wholesale orders are produced and fulfilled for approved retail partners. Returns are limited and must be authorized in advance.

Approved Returns

Non-defective merchandise approved for return is subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the wholesale merchandise value.

Returned merchandise must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unaltered

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Retail partners are responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of a Travelpolitans Go error.

No Restocking Fee

A restocking fee will not apply to:

  • Defective merchandise

  • Incorrect merchandise shipped by Travelpolitans Go

Final Sale

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom merchandise

  • Destination-exclusive merchandise

  • Limited-edition merchandise

  • Made-to-order merchandise

All returns require prior authorization from Travelpolitans Go.

Selective production means intentional ordering.
