Program Rules
Travelpolitans Go gives Destination Sales Representatives access to the brand, its wholesale program, and qualified retail opportunities.
That access comes with clear standards.
Independent Representative Status
Destination Sales Representatives participate as independent representatives.
Participation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, joint venture, ownership interest, or authority to legally bind Travelpolitans Go.
Representatives are responsible for their own:

Taxes
-
Business expenses
-
Insurance
-
Travel
-
Equipment
-
Licensing or registrations required in their market

Compliance with applicable laws
Brand Conduct
Representatives are expected to present Travelpolitans Go professionally, accurately, and consistently.
This includes:

Using approved brand language and materials
-
Protecting confidential wholesale information
-
Communicating professionally with buyers and partners
-
Avoiding misleading claims

Representing program terms accurately
-
Maintaining conduct appropriate for the brand
Prohibited Activities
Representatives may not:

Alter wholesale pricing

Offer unauthorized discounts
-
Promise exclusivity
-
Extend unauthorized payment terms
-
Collect retailer payments on behalf of TG

Create unauthorized contracts or commitments
-
Guarantee production, inventory, or delivery
-
Misrepresent their role or authority

Share confidential wholesale pricing

Use TG trademarks or creative assets outside approved purposes

Sell TG merchandise through unauthorized channels
Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing, internal program information, account activity, sales materials, and other non-public information must be treated as confidential.
Account Ownership
Retail accounts remain the property of Travelpolitans Go.
Approved representatives may receive account protection and commission rights under the program, but those rights do not transfer ownership of the retailer relationship or customer account.
Suspension or Termination
Travelpolitans Go may suspend or terminate participation for:

Misrepresentation

Brand misconduct
-
Unauthorized pricing or commitments

Confidentiality violations
-
Inactivity
-
Failure to follow program terms
-
Conduct that may damage TG or its business relationships
Any commissions already properly earned remain subject to the applicable commission, refund, return, and chargeback terms.
Access is earned. Standards protect it.
